However, the service from the manager was probably the most rude and unfriendly I have experienced in all my years of travel. The location is in a quiet area of Zermatt, close to all attractions but lacks a shuttle service. The dining experience serves high-quality food, but traditional dishes are not available. The facilities are great with limited commercial services.
